Prime Design delivers creative architectural solutions that meet our clients’ goals while balancing the needs of residents, neighborhoods, and the community.
Multifamily Experts
As part of an integrated development firm, we’ve designed millions of square feet in the student, multifamily, and affordable housing markets and collaborated on construction projects ranging from $1-$100 million.
Creative Solutions
When challenging problems arise, we see an opportunity to come up with a unique solution. “Cookie Cutter” is never a description of what we do.
Vertically Integrated Team
We receive continual feedback from our in-house construction and management teams throughout the design process, resulting in superior outcomes. Traditional architecture firms are not afforded the same opportunity.
Focused on People
People are at the heart of our company. We hire exceptional talent, emphasize work-life balance, and treat our clients the way we want to be treated.
Culture of Giving
Whether it’s giving back financially or doing pro bono work, we’re passionate about making a big difference in the world around us.
