Utilizing a unique design approach allowed our design team to maximize the utility of the site to allow extra stories be added to the project. The floor plan is a unique "H" shape with 1 unit, 8 bedroom spaces. This layout allows creates opportunities for community, as well as interesting community spaces.

+ Let's talk luxury

Our design team keeps the user's needs and experience of the building in mind throughout the entirety of the design process. 6nineteen features a state-of-the-art fitness center, communal kitchen, dining area, game room, and outdoor lounge. Considering these amenities helps give our property management team an advantage when leasing to prospective USC students (6nineteen is a student housing project located within walking distance of USC).
