Since the Prime Place team began managing the property in 2013, Prime Place has managed 1,000 beds of student housing nearby Oklahoma State University. Despite facing challenges in the market with an influx of 2,643 additional beds to compete with, and an 8.5% decrease in enrollment at the university, the team at Prime Place Stillwater has maintained to retain residents and make an impact in the nearby community.
Prime Place Stillwater has consistently increased rates year-to-year while maintaining occupancy rates of 97-100%, while the market experienced a 12% rate decrease and a 67% occupancy rate.
