3rd Party Real Estate Accountant

SUMMARY

The 3rd Party Real Estate Accountant is primarily responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records for all of our 3rd Party clients. The Prime company

(TPC) is anticipating exponential growth in this sector of our business in the next few years. In order to facilitate this projected growth, TPC needs someone to lead

in this area to ensure that we can continue to provide the services and expertise that our clients expect and demand.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):

• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings\

• Audit financial transactions and documents

• Communicate effectively with 3rd-party owners, management & representatives to

• communicate the financial performance of their property(s)

• Oversee/Manage 3rd-Party bookkeeper

• Deliver timely monthly financial statements to all 3rd-party owners

• Comply with financial policies and regulations

• Ensure clients receive timely fund distributions

• Work with on-site Property Managers and staff regarding any and all financial transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience with management/bookkeeping software (knowledge of Entrata PMS desirable)

• Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suites required, especially Excel/Google Sheets
  

• Accounting Experience (3-5 years preferred)
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  

• Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting

• CFO/Controller
• Operations and Regional Property Manager

Salary

• $50,000-$55,000/year
