Our current investment opportunity is a mixed-use apartment complex in vibrant downtown Oceanside, CA. It is conveniently located blocks from the famous Oceanside Pier and Beach where residents can enjoy the surf, sand, and sunsets of a California beach town. The walkable downtown location, just east of the Pacific Coast Highway, allows easy access to cafés, restaurants, and shops. For those who want to see more of The Golden State, The Transit Center is a mere quarter mile from the site, with commuter rail service to Los Angeles and San Diego.
The project is an 8-story, mixed-use complex consisting of 179 studio apartments with ground floor commercial space and a 3-story underground parking garage. Amenities will include an elevated courtyard and pool deck, gym, resident lounge, and community kitchen. The studios will be marketed to young professionals, singles, and military personnel wanting a beach town experience.

How will I be updated on project progress?
The Prime Company will give each of its investors a login to Procore, the construction management software Prime Built uses. Through Procore, investors can track the construction of a project from start to finish. Investors will also receive monthly communications about the progress of the construction, but they are always welcome to call us to discuss the project.
